Sudhara Karagampitiya is a skillled individual currently working as a Business Analyst (Sri-Lanka). While being an IT/Business graduate from Informatics Institute Technology affiliated with University of Westminster UK, she is also a proud product of Maliyadeva Girls' College, Kurunegala..

She gained a variety of experiences and developed numerous skills as a project management intern at London Stock Exchange Group, Colombo for a period of one year from 2017 to 2018.

She is the founder and owner of The Word Factory , which she started along with a colleague and this is a content creation site in Colombo, currently operated through Instagram.

Sudhara has taken part in numerous competitions and has demonstrated outstanding leadership and presentation abilities which further moulded her to be a good business analyst.
