Prior to start working as a business-analyst, during her undergraduate years at Informatics Institute of Technology, Sri-Lanka for a period of one year Sudhara interned as a project manager at London Stock Exchange Group, Colombo , formerly known as Millennium Information Technologies (MIT), Malabe. She got the opportunity to work with the largest team in the company comprising of over 100 team members who were in different scrum teams within the project. Sudhara was able to build a large network of people and develop her co-ordination skills. Furthermore she got the oppurtunity to master the project management tool JIRA and several other new softwares. During her period at the company she was also delegated the task of organizing a several events which help her develop her time management capabilities and the ability to thrive in the face of challenges. A brief overview of the skills and experiences she gained during that period is as follows.
